The Dove III owners and employees will be taking a well deserved vacation beginning May 26th and re-opening for business Tuesday, June 18th at 11:30AM. During this time we will continue to renovate, undergo maintenance and improvements for your dining comfort. We will see you June 18th.

 

The Dove III located in beautiful downtown Melbourne offers fine Italian dining with a specialty in Neapolitan cuisine.  The dining room is open Monday through Saturday for lunch and dinner.
 
The extensive wine list showcases only the finest wines personally selected by the Executive Chef, John Mattiello with many available by the glass.  Our full liquor bar features signature cocktails, after dinner liquors, and beer.
 
The Dove III offers private parties for any special event.
